1. Services & Upfront Pricing

TG Moving Company provides professional local & long-distance moving, junk removal, TV mounting, and painting services across Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, and Delaware.

Additional costs may apply depending on specialty items (e.g., heavy safes, pianos), flight of stairs, oversized junk volume, or specific paint finish requirements requested on-site.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. To ensure efficient scheduling for our crew and customers, the following terms apply:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours' advance notice.
• Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival window may be subject to a nominal dispatch fee.
• Arrival Windows: Our crew provides a 2-hour arrival window for scheduled pickups and moves to accommodate traffic and job completion times.

3. Privacy Policy & Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect necessary information required to deliver our services, process estimates, and communicate regarding your booking.

When requesting a quote or booking via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or website forms, we collect your name, phone number, physical address, email address, and service details.

Communications & SMS

By opting into SMS or WhatsApp communications, you agree to receive transactional updates, booking confirmations, and driver updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal contact details with third-party marketing companies.

4. Liability & Damage Protection

TG Moving Company takes maximum care when handling your belongings, home structure, and property.

• Pre-Existing Damage: Our team inspects items and areas before work begins and documents any pre-existing wear or structural damage.
• Valuables: Customers are advised to personally carry jewelry, cash, high-value electronics, and sensitive personal documents during moves.
• Junk Disposal: Items marked for junk removal are permanently recycled, donated, or disposed of and cannot be recovered once removed from the property.
